For organizations with VoiceXML capabilities in their call center, integration is simple and easy. Your VoiceXML platform answers a call, and when enrollment or authentication functions are needed, you simply make a sub-dialog call to our datacenter. VoiceVerified® handles the request and returns to your application for continued processing.
Integration in other scenarios (such as legacy IVR, web site, password reset or other custom enterprise applications) is also simple. Our API allows for any number of legacy platforms and custom applications to connect and enjoy the same enrollment and authentication benefits. With our XML interface, all you need is the ability to form and parse XML and communicate via HTTP (HTTPS). Or, we have Java and .NRT programming objects that encapsulate all of our service requests and messages – these objects can be added to existing applications for immediate use.
