VoiceVerified® Voice Authentication Services Now Available on Voxeo Platform

Voice authentication enables companies to improve the caller experience by streamlining the login process and increasing security, doing away with forgettable PINs and passwords. Security is enhanced, since an individual’s biometric voice authentication is as secure and unique as a fingerprint. When a user calls an application that has enabled VoiceVerified’s solution they are asked to repeat five randomly generated numbers. VoiceVerified’s technology compares the user’s spoken response to a stored voiceprint to authenticate their identity. The entire process only takes a few seconds and users do not need to remember anything.
