NEW HOPE, PA – January 3, 2006 – VoiceVerified, a provider of voice biometric verification technology and services for merchants, banks, brokerages, agencies and employers, has moved its corporate office to a new location at Union Square in New Hope, PA, due to continued growth.

The new facility, located at 110 Union Square Drive, will occupy 6,239 square feet of office space in the Union Square complex and employ 19 people. In addition to serving as the company’s corporate headquarters, it also will house the network operations center for the company’s commercial platform. The company signed a five-year lease agreement. The leasing agent was Union Square, LP.
