Mark A. DeCaro serves as chief planning officer and oversees new product development and business planning. Charles Blitzer manages the company’s IT infrastructure, oversees its hosted processing centers, leads its security certification and spearheads new product and services development as chief technology officer.
DeCaro is a new product development and business planning specialist with more than 25 years of management experience in the wireless, telecommunications, management consulting and utility/nuclear power generation industries. He has served as VP of planning at UbiquiTel, a Sprint PCS network affiliate, and is the founder and senior partner of M. Arthur Consulting Group, a management consulting firm serving telecommunication clients such as Sprint and AT&T Wireless affiliates. He has held a variety of management positions with Comcast, Delmarva Power & Light (now Conectiv), PSE&G and Theodore Barry & Associates.
Blitzer is an IT professional with extensive experience in systems and network design for the heath care, defense, telecommunications and insurance industries. Blitzer has served as director of IT program management at NCO Group, as VP of information technology at UbiquiTel, and as director of server architecture at SmithKline Beecham.
