Randol, Cluff Named Top Executives At VoiceVerified
Biometric verification provider addresses data security and consumer privacy.
NEW HOPE, PA – December 9, 2005 – Voice Verified, a provider of voice biometric verification technology and services for merchants, banks, brokerages, agencies, and employers, announces the appointment of Jeffrey D. Randol as chief executive officer and Wayne P. Cluff as president and chief operating officer.
As founder, chairman and CEO, Randol has led VoiceVerified’s evolution from a developer of integrated voice solutions in 2001 to its current direction as a provider of voice biometric authentication services. In 2003 Randol engineered the acquisition of VeriVoice, a voice verification software technology, and in 2004 he acquired the Ensigma patent for speaker verification technology. He also successfully commercialized two voice verification products, FileLock and Webwatch, in 2004.
Over the past year, Randol has led the development, patenting and commercialization of VoiceVerified’s on-demand services.
Randol has enjoyed more than 25 years of business leadership success, which includes serving as the youngest president of the New York State Economic Development Council, launching four businesses, and serving as chairman of three companies. As a pioneer in commercializing voice authentication technology to arrest identity theft, Randol’s vision and leadership bodes well for VoiceVerified’s success in 2006.
Cluff, who oversees operational and business development efforts at VoiceVerified, is an accomplished executive with more than 20 years of experience in the areas of sales, marketing and operational management in the technology and services sectors.
Early in 2005 Cluff and Randol collaborated to develop and patent VoiceVerified’s on-demand service delivery model that allows connectivity from anywhere to anywhere.
Key accomplishments in Cluff’s career include: building the nationwide ERP software and services practice for GE Capital Consulting while serving as managing director; as executive VP of business development for Lawson’s largest VAR, increasing ERP-related sales tenfold in 30 months, and serving on the board of directors for three technology companies. Cluff’s reputation as a technology innovator and organizational leader positions VoiceVerified for a successful commercial launch during the first quarter of 2006.
