Jim Volk Joins VoiceVerified® as Chief Financial Officer

NEW HOPE, PA – November 17, 2006 – VoiceVerified®, a provider of biometric verification technology and services for call/contact centers, banks, brokerages, agencies, merchants and employers, is announcing the appointment of Jim Volk as chief financial officer.

With 20 years of experience, Volk has helped grow some of the largest names in the telecommunications industry, executing capital-raising strategies to support expansion, and managing the intricacies of mergers and acquisitions.

Volk joins VoiceVerified from UbiquiTel Inc. (Nasdaq: UPCS), one of the nation’s largest Sprint Nextel affiliates, where he served for five years as chief financial officer. Earlier, Volk spent six years at Cingular Wireless (formerly SBC Wireless and Comcast Cellular), where he rose from director of international finance to regional vice president and chief financial officer.

A certified public accountant, Volk holds a B.S. in accounting from the University of Delaware and an M.B.A. from Villanova University.
