Solution Assessment Process:
In order to determine the most appropriate solution, we must first work with our customers to understand their business issues and objectives, the technology environment and related ecosystem for the solution, and the personnel and resources needed to develop, deploy, and maintain the solution over time.
Regardless of the company and scenario, we minimally need to determine several pieces of information:
1. How will users access the solution (IVR, web, enterprise application, and/or mobile device)?
2. Does the solution need to be on premise, or can it be hosted?
3. How secure does the solution need to be?
4. Are other authentication factors used within the application?
5. How important is convenience within the authentication solution?
The answers to these and other questions allow our team to properly align our authentication products and services to achieve success.
