Solution Alignment Process:
Once we have determined the basic parameters of the desired solution, we next enter the alignment phase of our process. In this process, we determine the appropriate product, the appropriate engine(s), the level and extent of any customizations required, etc. Specific alignment steps include:
1. What product is needed?
For most customers, our Voice Authentication Suite is the right way to start. However, customers needing specific application functionality can choose one of our other solutions for password reset, PIN replacement, or time/location tracking.
2. What engine is needed?
VoiceVerified offers several engine options to help customers find the perfect match with respect to security, convenience, and desired design characteristics. We will work together to select the right engine and related enrollment and verification processes for the solution.
3. How much customization is needed?
Once we have selected the right product and authentication engine, we'll develop a customization plan with the appropriate professional services support to ensure success.
