JEFFREY D. RANDOL

Founder, Chairman of the Board

Jeffrey Randol is the founder, and chairman of the board for VoiceVerified®, Inc. By acquiring patented technologies and developing proprietary applications, Jeff has successfully directed the company through the development of its technologies and deployment of its voice biometric authentication solutions.

Jeff has enjoyed nearly 30 years of business leadership success, which includes serving as the youngest president of the New York State Economic Development Council, launching four businesses and serving as chairman of three companies. As a pioneer in commercializing voice verification technology to thwart identity fraud, Jeff’s vision and leadership have helped to drive VoiceVerified®’s success.

Jeff holds a B.A. from the University of Missouri at Kansas City and pursued graduate studies at the University of Missouri, Texas A&M and the University of Oklahoma.

HENRY K. BOYER

Vice Chairman

Hank is founder and a principal of Boyer Management Group, a ten year-old consulting firm specializing in leadership and talent development for organizations like Sprint PCS, SunCom Wireless, British Petroleum, NJMEP, HealthSTAR, FiberMark, and many others. As a current board member of VoiceVerified®, he brings over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications, distribution, services and technology sectors.

Prior to forming Boyer Management Group, he served as chief operating officer at Campus Dimensions Inc./Frontline Event Marketing, a company that markets domestic telecommunications and financial services to consumer and college markets. Prior to that, he was vice president of sales for Comcast Cellular Communications where he led his team to sustain a 60 percent market share and $800M revenues. Prior to Comcast, Hank was general manager for a division of Future Electronics, where sales quadrupled and the company's overall gross margins increased from 47 percent to 57 percent in three and one-half years.

Hank began his professional career at Tandy Corp., where he held a number of management positions during his 12-year tenure. He has authored more than 100 training programs in customer service, management, sales, leadership and human services, and is a popular conference speaker on leadership, management and organizational development. Hank also serves as a board member for SIFE (Students in Free Enterprise) at a local university.

RICHARD C. HARRIS

Director, Chairman of Audit and Corporate Governance Committees

Rich is founder and president of Harris & Associates, a twelve-year-old consulting firm specializing in financial, operational and strategic consulting services to start-up and high growth telecommunications and technology firms like Sprint PCS, Omnipoint Communications, Signal Holdings, Unisite, PCS One, Galaxy Scientific Company, Cworks Solutions LLC and others. He has extensive experience in strategic planning, capital formation, corporate valuation, litigation support and expert testimony.

He has served as CFO for Independent Wireless One, where he restructured the company and successfully raised $290 million in financing prior to selling the company to Sprint PCS; as VP operations, finance and administration for Horizon Cellular Telephone Company; as VP and CFO for Metrophone Cellular Communications company; as CFO for Nobel Learning Centers; as Controller for Harrah’s Atlantic City and as audit manager for Coopers and Lybrand.

Rich holds an MBA from the Wharton School in Philadelphia, earned a CPA license in Pennsylvania, and is a member of the Institute of Business Appraisers.

THOMAS J. McINERNEY

Director

Tom brings nearly 30 years of experience on Wall Street to VoiceVerified®. As president of McInerney Consulting Group and McInerney Private Equity, he manages over $2 billion in client assets within Wachovia, a leading global provider of financial and private banking services. During his career he has held senior leadership positions at Merrill Lynch, Paine Webber and UBS. He has also served as an advisor to chairman at both UBS and Paine Webber.

In addition to his financial services background, Tom has been actively engaged in real estate development since 1985, and has developed over 1100 residential units in Pennsylvania, Florida and the British West Indies.

Tom also owns and serves as President of Meridian Alarm Company, a provider of residential and commercial security alarm systems, and formerly owned Liberty Coating, a premier applicator of industrial coatings for the oil, gas and water industries.

Tom received his Bachelor of Science degree in economics from Kings College.

FRANK POLIZZI

Board of Directors

Frank is Chairman and CEO of Mass Marketing Insurance Group, Inc. (MMIG). He founded MMIG in 1984, to provide direct marketing and consulting services to the insurance industry. He pioneered “Bonus Insurance Marketing” which is widely used throughout the direct response industry today. Frank has been a Director and a member of the Operations Committee with the Company since May 2008.

Prior to MMIG, Frank has held executive management direct marketing positions with Allstate Insurance Company and Colonial Penn Insurance Company since entering direct response marketing in 1969. As Director of Marketing at Allstate and Senior Vice President at Colonial Penn, he managed Business Partner programs for national credit card organizations in the banking, oil and retailing industries. Frank is a graduate of Weber High School (’64) and the University of Illinois (’68) with a degree in Actuarial Science. He has served as a Naval Communications Officer and has held industry leadership positions as Chairman, Mass Marketing Subcommittee of the HIAA; Vice Chairman, Direct Marketing Insurance Council of the DMA; and Member of the Board of Directors of the Chicago Association of Direct Marketing. He is a trustee for the IGN Foundation and a past president of the Weber High School Endowment Foundation. Frank was selected as the 2002 Executive of the Year by the Financial Services Council of the Direct Marketing Association, which represents the direct marketing industry on a national and international basis. The American Teleservices Association selected Frank as the recipient of its 2008 Pioneer Award.


GUSTAVO PRILLICK

Board of Directors

Gustavo Prilick is a partner at the South America Fund, a private equity fund, and has held senior management positions and Board of Director seats within the software, computer and telecommunications industries. Gustavo has been a Director with the Company and a member of the Operations Committee since May 2008.

Prior to joining the Board, Gustavo served as Director on the SunCom Wireless Board of Directors in 2007 and 2008, where he helped to manage the transition to close the sale to T-Mobile. Previously, he was Chief Operating Officer of Millicom International Cellular (1996-2003), and CEO of CTI Movil, a cellular venture operated by GTE in Argentina. After getting his Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Buenos Aires he began his career with IBM in Argentina before moving into the computer industry in Silicon Valley. Upon completion of an MBA at Stanford University, Gustavo worked for Apple, Hewlett Packard, Altos Computer Systems and Oracle in several senior management positions.


MARK S. SCHWEIKER

Board of Directors

Former Pennsylvania Governor Mark S. Schweiker is president and CEO of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce (GPCC), where he has led an aggressive business advocacy and economy-building effort. Prior to joining GPCC in 2003, he served as the 44th governor of Pennsylvania, following Gov. Tom Ridge, who joined the federal government to direct homeland security efforts in October 2001.

During his 25 years of public service, Gov. Schweiker responded to a variety of public safety threats and incidents. As lieutenant governor, his leadership ability was demonstrated in the wake of the United Flight 93 crash on Sept. 11, 2001, and again 10 months later following the Quecreek mining accident.

Gov. Schweiker led one of the most successful mine rescues in national history when he personally oversaw the 77-hour operation that saved the lives of nine coal miners trapped within the Quecreek Mine. Following the rescue, he implemented a series of new safety procedures to provide better protection for miners. Gov. Schweiker brings a wealth of security experience, insight and passion to his work with VoiceVerified.

Before entering public service, Gov. Schweiker worked for Merrill Lynch and McGraw Hill and operated his own management consultancy. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Bloomsburg University and holds a master’s degree in administration from Rider University.
